Terms of Service

Welcome to Trippypath! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our taxi, tour, and hotel booking services. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking and Payments
- Bookings can be made via phone call or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from our team.
- The fare quoted at the time of booking is final. However, it does not include toll taxes, state taxes, parking fees, or driver's night allowance unless explicitly mentioned in the package.
- An advance payment may be required to confirm your booking, especially for outstation trips or tour packages.
- Final payment can be made to the driver in cash or via UPI/bank transfer at the end of the trip.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund of the advance amount.
- For cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time, the advance amount may be forfeited as a cancellation charge.
- In case of a "No Show" (passenger does not appear at the scheduled time and place), no refund will be provided.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 working days.
3. Passenger Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including pickup location, destination, and number of passengers.
- Passengers are requested to treat the driver with respect and not cause any damage to the vehicle. Any damage caused will be chargeable.
- Smoking, drinking alcohol, and consumption of any illegal substances inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
- You are responsible for your own luggage and belongings. Trippypath is not liable for any loss or damage.
4. Our Responsibilities
- We will provide a clean, safe, and well-maintained vehicle with a professional and verified driver.
- We strive for punctuality but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic jams, road closures, or extreme weather conditions.
- In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, we will arrange for an alternative vehicle at the earliest possible time.
5. Limitation of Liability
Trippypath's liability for any service failure is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific booking. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
